Meanwhile, as cracks begin to spread across the Confederation Bridge, an engineer and a technician are sent to the middle of the Northumberland Strait to investigate the issue. What they find may not be what they expected, and there’s no telling how long it’s been in there, or what might happen if it gets out.

All That Glistens
When his wife falls ill, Warren and his son Joseph head out to visit an old friend to try and get some money or a job to pay for more medicine. But when Warren overhears a different conversation in the ‘home restaurant’, his plans change against his will. Set against the backdrop of prohibition on PEI in the 1930s, this episode is rendered in a hand-painted style.

The Last Resort
This episode is brought to you by the scientific miracles at DNTE Research Group. Their new potato growth formula is out of this world! Meanwhile on Holman Island, a DRG scientist who was researching unusual data from the bat population has gone missing without a trace. When the rest of his team arrives to try and locate him, they may begin to understand the true history of the island. The resort that was built there in the 1800s is famous for being extinguished by mosquitoes, but there’s no telling what else they could extinguish.

The Writhing Tide
After the death of her father, Amelia travels to his secluded cabin on the red cliffs of PEI to scatter his ashes. But when a storm rolls through, things immediately begin to go wrong. The arrival of an unexpected visitor leads to a misunderstanding of oceanic proportions. One thing leads to another, as it often does, and she finds herself in an impossible situation, unsure of her own survival.
